Итак, первое, что хочу сказать - имхо, под "квентой гильдии" подразумевается не только история ее создания,или просто история связанная с этой гильдией,но и ,хотя бы поверхностное, описание.

1 - История(концепция)

Исходя из того, что мир Варкрафта довольно-таки большой(если говорить трезво - огромный), то история или концепция Вашей гильдии может быть от "сообщества гномов-техников" до "злобно-тайных-орков-убийц". Однако, следует помнить, что это РП - поэтому все должно быть логично и соответствовать концепции самого мира Варкрафт. Далее могу привести небольшой список советов,которые, возможно, смогут помочь Вам, при создании концепции Вашей гильдии :
*В мире ВоВ нет вампиров, джедаев, Саруманов и пр. - если вы хотите придумать что-то, придумайте это сами.
*История или концепция должна быть логичной - лучше всего заранее придумать основную мысль/высказывание/вещь или что-нибудь еще, на чем вы будете строить гильдию.
*История или концепция должна быть понятной - постарайтесь написать так, чтобы то, что вы написали было понятно всем. Если вы новичек, не беритесь за сложные вещи, для начала достаточно только основных мыслей или вырезок из жизни гильдии(истории ее создания). Не углубляйтесь в дебри, если это не требуется - старайтесь написать так, чтобы ваш текст был понятен даже начинающему РП-шнику.
*История или концепция должна быть - следует помнить это, т.к. в процессе написания надо придерживаться основной мысли... Не стоит писать простой красивый текст, все должно быть "чотко".

Если не по пунктам :
...Попытайтесь представить себе своего персонажа - чем-бы он занимался, какие интересы он преследует. Далее подумайте - совпадают ли ваши интересы с интересами других людей - достаточно ли они "общие", если Ваши интересы слишком "специфические" - это первый знак того, что конструкцию гильдии надо будет продумывать более тщательно или вообще забить на это дело и быть одиночкой . Наконец,когда вы определились со своими интересами - допустим вы закаленный в боях воин - то следует построить "идею" Вашей гильдии - то, что будет отличать Ваше сообщество от других(артефакт,Вера в Ктулуху, тайное поклонение Архимонду и т.д.). Если всё это сложилось у вас в голове в небольшой пазл - следует приступать к текстовым наброскам, истории(квенте) гильдии...

2 - Структура

...В любой гильдии были и будут ранги - всегда есть главный и подчиненный. Так и мире Варкрафт, даже если Ваша гильдия - шайка воров, всегда найдется главный "король воров" и новый "карманник"...

Итак, мы написали концепцию гильдии - теперь можно приступить к структуре. В каждой гильдии должа быть структура - от ГильдМастера(в любой гильдии он может называться по-разному) до Новичка. Ваша задача - привести пример и описание рангов Вашей гильдии, так же следует помнить, что они должны выходить из истории гильдии - должны соответствовать ей. Яркий пример "несоответствия рангов" - в гильдии "поклонников Архимонда" привести ранг - "святой паладин", на кой имп он нам здесь нужен?

Количество рангов может быть разным - главное ,опять же, доступность. Человеку должно быть понятно, от кого он начинает и до кого он может дойти по своей "карьерной лестнице". Поэтому, создавая "лестницу рангов" , продумывайте это - возможно некоторые ранги будут даваться персонажам за время, а другие - за боевые заслуги, третьи - за их должность в обществе и т.д.
